The regular offer on the BankAmericard Cash Rewards Visa is $100 after $500 spend in 3 months. However, when I checked my offers after logging into my Bank of America account, I saw the offer for $200 bonus after $500 spend in 3 months. I believe that’s the highest offer on the card. 
This seems to be targeted, so check your account. I consider this to be a pretty good offer. Keep in mind that this is for the VISA version.
